Model Release: Jesica Allen Photography reserves the right to use and publish photographs of me (and/or my child) for editorial, trade, advertising, etc. Copyright: All images are the legal copyright of Jesica Allen Photography. It is illegal & unlawful to scan, copy, download or reproduce their work in any manner. Service Agreement: I have read and understand the session information and print pricing that was sent to me when I first inquired. Policies: • Your Non-Refundable session retainer fee is due in full at the time of your booking to reserve your spot. • Although many more images will be taken, any images which do not meet the high standard of quality that Jesica Allen as the Photographer has set for herself will not be shown. We choose to show only the best images for digital choice and purchase consideration. • Please do not bring your own camera, camcorder or other recording device to the session. • If you plan to bring a sibling under the age of 3 to your newborn session, you must have another relative or friend present at the session to assist in watching them. •We will set up a viewing and ordering appointment for 2 weeks after your session. • Please bring everyone who will be needed to make your order decision as we do place your order at that appointment. If order is not placed the day of the View and Order appointment, there will be a $50 charge to set up a second appointment. • Your final print order will be ready for pickup approximately two weeks after your order is paid in full. Session albums, coffee table books and canvases may take a bit longer • Handle your portraits with extreme care.
