Little Cole is the latest Baby Plan Graduate! Isn't he a cutie pie!?! I'm sure going to miss this little guy. He was such a serious munchkin this time around. But we stole a few little smiles along the way. ;) Happy Birthday little guy! Be sure to eat some cake for me. :)
