Cake Smash Photography

I do not provide the cake due to allergy and dietary concerns, so you'll need to bring one with you for the session. I'm happy to offer guidance on size, style, and colors so it coordinates beautifully with your cake smash setup.

Cake smash sessions are designed to capture more than just the smash! We'll start with a set of clean, classic portraits before the cake comes out, giving you a beautiful variety of images from this milestone. Then we'll move into the cake smash with a custom-styled setup coordinated around your chosen colors and overall look.

Once the cake comes out, we let your little one explore, play, and make as much of a mess as they'd like while I capture all of those fun expressions and tiny details. I take care of the styling, setup, and cleanup, so you can simply enjoy the experience and leave the mess with me.

Right around the first birthday is ideal. These sessions are popular, so reaching out a month or two ahead helps secure your date and plan the theme.

Cake smash sessions have a $200 session fee, paid at booking to reserve your date. Images and products are purchased separately at your viewing and ordering appointment, with collections beginning at $575, which is also the minimum purchase requirement. About 7–10 days after your session, we'll sit down together for your viewing and ordering appointment, where you'll see your finished gallery for the first time and select your favorite images. I'll also personally help you choose any prints, wall art, or albums you'd love to enjoy in your home.
