Terms of Service

We provide professional newborn, maternity, milestone, and family portrait photography in Lodi, California and the surrounding area, along with related booking, contract, and payment tools available through this website.

Each session is confirmed through a separate session agreement that describes what is included, along with scheduling, delivery, and image-use terms. To reserve your date, a non-refundable session fee is due at the time of booking. Your date is not held until that fee is received.

Session-fee payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a payment you authorize us to charge the amount shown. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any additional products or collections are billed separately per your session agreement.

The session fee reserves your time and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Specific rescheduling terms are set out in your session agreement.

All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Jesica Allen Studios LLC. When you purchase a session, you receive a personal-use license to the delivered images as described in your session agreement. Images may not be sold, edited, or used commercially without our written permission.

Some features, such as your private gallery or booking portal, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or copy content that is not yours. Website content and images are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

Our website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jesica Allen Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits the commitments made in your session agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
