End-User License Agreement

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes — namely, to inquire about sessions, review and sign your agreement, make payments, and view galleries we make available to you.

Some features require an account that we create for you by invitation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@jesicaallen.com of any unauthorized use.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of this Agreement.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or overload the Service, or introduce malicious code.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from content or images without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.

The Service and all content within it — including software, design, text, and photographs — are owned by Jesica Allen Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the limited license granted above, this Agreement gives you no ownership or rights in the Service or its content.

Payments made through the Service are processed securely by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s applicable terms. Session fees and any other charges are described at the point of payment and in your session agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jesica Allen Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in this Agreement limits the commitments made in your session agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Agreement.
