Emma’s newborn session was extra special, as she came in at just 12 days old with her parents and big sister by her side. December babies are always a joy to photograph, and little Emma was the cutest little bundle of joy! With her soft features and calm demeanor, she made every setup look magical. Since Emma’s birthday is December 31st, we had fun incorporating a holiday theme, creating a cozy, Christmas-inspired setup that added a festive touch to her gallery. One of my favorite parts of this session was capturing Emma with her big sister. The sibling bond is so precious, and her sister was so gentle and loving, adding a beautiful family dynamic to Emma’s photos. Emma’s parents were also part of the session, which made for some truly heartwarming family portraits. Including the whole family in newborn sessions is such a meaningful way to remember this special time, and Emma’s family photos turned out beautifully. For Emma’s individual portraits, we used a mix of soft textures, floral accents, and neutral tones to keep the focus on her sweet expressions. Her holiday setup with the red and green accents was especially memorable, and I’m thrilled with how her Christmas-themed portraits turned out.
